Deposits: $200 Deposit due at time of booking for amounts totaling $201 or more
Deposits for bookings totaling $200 or less will require $100 deposit.
Rental Cancellations: Your deposit is nonrefundable. You are eligible for a refund (excluding deposit) if cancelled 4 or more days prior to your rental date. You are eligible for a refund of 50% (excluding deposit) if cancelled 2 days prior to your rental date. Any cancellation within 1 day of the event is nonrefundable.
Remaining Balance: If you secured your date with a deposit. Your balance should be paid in full 4 days prior to your event. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation and your deposit forfeited. We do however understand circumstances come up, please reach out to us if you are having issues making final payment.
Wrong Date (Rental): Making a payment means that you confirm the date listed on your rental. If you have booked the wrong date, notify us Immediately via Email ONLY.
You have 48 hours to notify us of the mistake. Failure to do so will result in a $50 to update of your date (no guarantee your new date will be available). If your new date is not available and it is past the 48-hour notification (No refund will be given of any kind). If the mistake is not corrected and results in our attendee showing up on the incorrect date listed in your rental, you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
Weather: It is up to you to check the weather day of your event and make any necessary adjustments for your setup. We will not provide any services in the rain, unless you have purchased our booth tent protection (This is a 10x10 tent that we provide that is covered on all side).
If lightning is seen during operation, we will stop all services, until it is safe to resume. Because lightning is unpredictable we may be able to give some missed time back, but no refunds of any kind will be given, again it is your responsibility to check the weather.
We will try to accommodate you if our schedule allows.
